Direction for Abstract Submission
Abstract Submission Guidelines for NCICON 2026

Submission Deadline: Abstracts must be submitted by 30 Oct 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

Submission Format: Abstracts should be prepared in English and submitted in electronic format as a Word document or PDF.

Title: Provide a concise and descriptive title for your abstract.

Authors: List all authors' names and affiliations. Indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*) and provide contact details (email address) for correspondence.

Abstract Body: The abstract should be structured and organized as follows:

Background: Provide a brief introduction or background information.

Objectives: Clearly state the objectives or research questions addressed in the study.

Methods: Describe the study design, methods, and data collection procedures.
-
Results: Summarize the main findings of the study, including relevant data or outcomes.
-
Conclusion: Present the conclusions drawn from the study and their implications.

Word Limit: The abstract body should not exceed 250 words.
-
Keywords: Include a list of 3-5 keywords relevant to your abstract, separated by commas.

Graphics and Tables: Abstracts may include tables or figures if necessary to convey essential information. However, these should be simple and directly relevant to the content.

Original Work: Abstracts must represent original work that has not been previously published or presented at other conferences.

Review Process: All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the scientific committee. Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author by 15 Dec 2026.

Presentation Format: Accepted abstracts will be allocated either oral or poster presentation slots. Authors may indicate their preference during submission, although the final decision rests with the scientific committee.

Registration: Presenting authors of accepted abstracts must register for NCICON 2025 to be included in the program.

Ethical Considerations: Abstracts reporting on human or animal studies must adhere to ethical standards and include appropriate approvals or consent.

Direction for Oral presentation
The presentation should be only 05 minutes duration and the live Q&A will be for 03 minutes. We request you ensure that you complete your task within 8 minutes.

· The poster will be displayed on a 6x4 Display Stand
· All slides should be in landscape format
· Printed on Star Flex ( No Frame)
