Fixed stall booking price until 15th Dec 2025:

Brands and Companies: Rs. 55,000

Startups and Incubatees: Rs. 18,000

Eligibility for Startups and Incubatees
-
Entities must be registered as a startup or incubatee under a recognized incubation center or startup initiative.

Valid proof of registration or incubation status must be submitted at the time of booking.

Booking Process
-
Bookings will be confirmed only upon full payment.

Payment must be made via approved modes specified by the event organizers.

No stall shall be reserved until the full payment is received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
-
Cancellation before 15th Dec 2025: 50% refund of the total amount.

Cancellation after 15th Dec 2025: No refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of cancellation request.

Stall Allocation
-
Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The event organizers reserve the right to change stall positions if necessary for event management.

Usage of Stall Space

Stalls should be used strictly for the promotion and marketing of products and services related to health and wellness.

Subletting or sharing stalls without prior approval is not permitted.

Any promotional activities should not cause inconvenience to neighboring stalls.

Compliance with Rules & Regulations

Exhibitors must comply with all local laws and venue regulations.

All marketing materials, product displays, and stall decor must align with the theme of health and wellness.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued.

If the event is postponed, stall bookings will remain valid for the rescheduled dates.

Liability & Insurance

The organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property.

Exhibitors are encouraged to have their own insurance for their products and materials.
