Registration Process
 

Step 1: Choose Your Registration Category

Select the appropriate registration plan/category as per your eligibility and participation requirements. If attending workshops, kindly include the workshop fee along with the registration fee.

Step 2: Make the Payment

Pay the registration fee through either of the following methods:

Option A: UPI Payment (Recommended)
Scan the official Nutrition Council of India UPI QR Code.
Complete the payment.
Save a screenshot or note the UPI Transaction ID/Reference Number.
 

Option B: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

Transfer the registration fee to:

After payment, kindly save the Transaction Reference Number/UTR Number.

 

Step 3: Complete the Online Registration Form (Mandatory)

Fill out the online registration form and enter:

Participant details
Registration category
Payment Transaction ID/UTR Number
Upload payment proof (if required)
 

Step 4: Submit Registration

Review all information carefully and submit the registration form.

Step 5: Receive Confirmation

A registration confirmation email will be sent within 2 working days after verification of payment and registration details.

 

 

Important Notes

✓ Registration is considered complete only after successful payment and submission of the online registration form.

✓ Please retain your payment receipt, screenshot, UTR number, or transaction reference number for future correspondence.

✓ Workshop fees, if applicable, must be added to the registration fee before making payment.
